ARLINGTON, Va. – Ms. Praepitcha Smatsorabudh, a 40 something woman thought she has found the perfect million dollar scheme that she had used to enriched herself. The jet-setting Thai born woman will buy luxury designer handbags that can cost over $2,000.00 from department stores all round the country. She will then return the bags to the same stores with counterfeit she bought from Hong Kong and China. The genuine handbags are then advertised and sold online to unsuspecting customers on instagram and eBay, making her a handsome profit in return. However her grand scheme came to a halt when undercover agent from Homeland security posing as a customer in Virginia caught her selling the genuine handbag. Smatsorabudh could face up to 20 years in prison.
